Grayshott is a thriving village on the border of Hampshire and Surrey, being close to many hundreds of acres of protected countryside owned by the National Trust. Grayshott won the coveted Hampshire Village of the Year Award in 2005 and many other National and Regional accolades.

Communications
Road links via the A3 and M25 to London and Gatwick Airports are convenient, with London being approximately 45 miles away. South on the A3, Portsmouth, the South Coast and cross channel ferries are again easily accessed.
The A3 Tunnel Scheme , Completied in August 2011 provides superb dual carriageway access in Hindhead and the region, this hugely enhances the communications for our area not only locally but also on a regional bacis.
Rail links to London via rail can be found in Haslemere (5 miles) and Farnham (8 miles) both of which provide main line service in under the hour.
