This is the second of three houses I have recently built between Headley and Churt, this particular property was approahing the  £2,000,000 mark. I was delighted when a City buyer was found before we had finished the property or had commenced full marketing. This was a hassle free transaction. The house itself was a cracker, and the purchasers performed exactly as they said they would, a rare combination which made for a good sale. Buying a house is difficult enough, but buying a house where the seller is living out of the country and we - the buyers – are living out of the area is even more complicated. However the staff at Keats of Grayshott made the whole process run extremely smoothly and like clockwork. We never felt pressurised, or that they were acting only on the sellers behalf, but instead that they were guiding both parties towards a mutually beneficial conclusion. My family and I moved within Hampshire to a beautiful property that required some work to make in to our dream family home. The property was marketed by Keats Estate agents and in particular Nick Rowe of Keats. 

The purchase was protracted due to some complexities over the land but the service that we received from Keats and Nick was first class and really helped what could otherwise be a stressful time in anyone’s life.   

Nick deserves a special mention as nothing was ever too difficult and he went beyond the call of duty to help us realise our dream home ensuring a win-win for both buyer and seller and leaving all parties with a great sense of value.  His commitment and tenacity to see the deal through to conclusion was a credit to his organisation and industry.

I first met Adrian when my wife and I were searching for a home. Despite being in the industry, when it is your own move all sensible reasoning disappears as the emotional rollercoaster rockets into action. Adrian was able to take the developing situations, look at the them from a different (sometimes creative!) viewpoint and resolve them whilst at the same time keep all sides happy. So impressed was I with his skills and happy personality that when I was offered the chance to work with him, I jumped at the chance.
