Mark has worked in the Town since the early 1980s and has gained a wealth of experience. He has had a long association with Grayshott Cricket Club, but in recent years has had to hang up his bat due to the demands of a young family.

Margaret (no relation of Nicholas or Jennifer!) fell into estate agency by mistake in the 1990s. Having lived in the area for over 30 years she seems to know almost everyone in Haslemere. Her favourite pastimes include playing badminton and spending long weekends in sunnier climes.

Deborah has lived in the area for most of her life and has worked for Keats since 2003 having come from a background in hospitality during which she was working all hours of the day and night. Quite clearly missing these hours she is found at sunrise getting her horse ready for the day before coming into the office to then return again for the evening shift!

Well known for her winning smile and personality, her interests include street dance, swimming, racket sports and shopping! Her father, Nicholas Harding founded Keats Estate Agents in 1989.

Sarah moved to the area 3 years ago and married local well established carpenter/joiner Ian in 2009 in their local Church in Grayswood. She once spent 7 ½ years living and working as a legal secretary in the Caribbean including the Cayman Islands and when she is not in the office, Sarah is establishing a small mobile beauty business, something she has always wanted to put her hands to!’

Richard is the founding partner of our Alton office which he opened in 1985 having already worked in North Hampshire for 12 years. His expertise includes dealing with the wide range of residential and commercial property that being a country estate agent entails, as well as providing valuations for matrimonial, inheritance tax and family division.

Having missed the quality of country life he looks forward to participating in the community and his hobbies include golf, fishing, clay shooting and Theatre.

Richard is the ‘fresh face’ of Residential Sales in the Petersfield office. He has joined Keats from a background of previous sales related work and is a local lad who has lived in the area all of his life.
Richard has already shown he has a strong feel for matching people to the property of their choice and is naturally an excellent ambassador for the highly respected Keats name. His hobbies include athletics, rugby, classic and modern cars, wine tasting and he is already a well known contributor to his local community.

John has lived in Rowlands Castle for over 25 years and spent most of his working life running his own business from which he retired in 2008. He has recently joined Keats to help run the Rowlands Castle office.
John is involved with many local activities, including his role as treasurer of St Hubert's Church, and his hobbies include walking and photography. His passion for classic cars extends to both racing (in his younger days) and restoring them!
