Area Description:
Grayshott is a thriving village on the border of Hampshire and Surrey, being close to many hundreds of acres of protected countryside owned by the National Trust. During 2005 Grayshott won the coveted Hampshire Village of the Year Award.
The village provides a good range of day to day amenities with excellent schooling nearby in both the private and public sector for all age groups. Sailing, golf, riding and many other sporting activities can be found locally.

Road links via the A3 and M25 to London and Gatwick Airports are convenient, with London being approximately 45 miles away. South on the A3, Portsmouth, the South Coast and cross channel ferries are again easily accessed.
Rail links to London via rail can be found in Haslemere (5 miles) and Farnham (8 miles) both of which provide main line service in under the hour.
