The town offers good local amenities with a broad range of shops, supermarkets, community/sports centre, library and schools for all age groups.
The town is surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty and the countryside offers excellent riding, walking, fishing, golf and racing as well as sailing from the villages around Chichester harbour (approx. 12 miles).
Communications:
London is easily accessable, approximately 1 hour's drive, or can be reached from the mainline railway station at Haslemere (approx. 9 miles north of Midhurst) via fast train into Waterloo (approx. 45 minutes).
Motorway links to Heathrow and Gatwick connect directly with routes to the North and South West England.
