Bucking the trend in Keats Country

Whilst there are some opinions being voiced that instructions
are at their lowest levels ever, here in Keats Country, Keats
Estate Agents are reporting higher levels of interest than they
have experienced in a long while. Invitations by potential vendors
requiring an opinion of market value have increased dramatically
during the first two weeks of 2012 and the signs are that a high
percentage of these valuations will convert into firm
instructions.
At the same time, here in Keats Country, offices are
experiencing a good level of viewings, with many properties
generating a very healthy level of interest.
It is early days yet, but all the signs are very positive for an
active housing market in the Spring – there were daffodils
out before Christmas this winter and some roses are still blooming
from last year - the same positive omens stand good for the
property market.
So, if you are wondering whether you want to sell your home and
take the next step on the property ladder, up or down, or indeed
you are a potential buyer, now seems to be an ideal time to start.
With plenty of new instructions in the wings, you are sure –
if a seller – to find the right buyer and, if you are a
potential purchaser, you will find a good selection from which to
choose your ideal new home.
Keats Estate Agents remain upbeat and enthusiastic about current
activity and look forward to welcoming your enquiry – whether
as a buyer or a seller - a warm welcome awaits you all.
