Day out with Thomas the Tank Engine
Come and enjoy a traditional day out with Thomas the Tank Engine
and his friends who will be in steam, running between Alresford and
Alton, right in the heart of Keats Country. From 18th to 27th
August there will be a wide range of entertainments and rides, all
included within the ticket price. So for all of you with a child at
heart, come and join the fun - here are some of the treats in store
for you:
FREE ‘live’ entertainment with Mr Wizard shows and a
bouncy castle/slide on Ropley picnic area. FREE rides with
‘Thomas the Tank Engine’, ‘Diesel’,
‘Toad’ the brake van and rides on the miniature
railway! Look out for ‘Sir Topham Hatt, The Fat
Controller’ and other characters. FREE face painting,
transfers, games, colouring and Thomas & Friends DVD shows in
the Imagination Station at Alresford. FREE Thomas & Friends
Sticker and Engineer’s Certificate.
So for the steam buffs among you who cannot get enough of Thomas
and his friends, you could even find a new home which actually
backs onto the railway line, so you can enjoy your own private show
