ELMER THE PATCHWORK ELEPHANT TAKES A HOLIDAY IN GRAYSHOTT

Elmer the Elephant is taking a brief holiday in a shop front in
Grayshott to celebrate the launch of Grayshott Children’s
Theatre.
The children from PK Pre School and Grayshott Primary School got
together on Tuesday 10th August to each paint a patch that was then
stuck on to Elmer (created by Charlotte Closier) and then Elmer was
transported to his holiday home in the window of Grayshott Health
Foods at 42 Headley Road in Grayshott.
Elmer will be back in Grayshott on 2 October for the show of Elmer
the Patchwork Elephant which will take place at Grayshott Village
Hall at 11am and 2pm. Tickets will go on sale from 14 August from
Grayshott Books and from The Rainbow Rooms in College Hill,
Haslemere. For more information visit
www.grayshottchildrenstheatre.co.uk.
Grayshott Children’s Theatre is thrilled that Drum Housing
have joined our team of very generous sponsors, with a donation of
£500 which will help us put on some really exciting
productions in the coming years, including a visit from bestselling
author, Julia Donaldson in May and an outdoor production of The
Dragon’s Daughter next summer.
We would also like to thank Keats Estate Agent in Grayshott and
Reef Estates for kindly lending Elmer such a wonderful holiday in
such a central village location, and to The Bath Room in Grayshott
for providing luxurious transport for Elmer in their
van. Further details from RACHEL COATES ON 01428
