Area Description:
Rowlands Castle boasts one of the largest village greens in Hampshire together with our own golf course. Situated on the Hampshire/West Sussex border with access onto the South Downs, and the Stansted Estate together with Staunton Park.
The village provides a good range of every day shops and services together with a doctor’s surgery, and dispensing chemist. Schooling both in the public and private sector are within easy reach by car or train. To the south you have the Solent for sailing , Rowlands Golf course and the local countryside for walking and other forms of recreational activities.
Communications:
We have our own railway station on the main Portsmouth Harbour to London Waterloo line, together with excellent road links to the south via the A3M
( Portsmouth, Chichester) and the north
( London, Guildford).
Alternative local routes are also available to the coast and Chichester.
