Haslemere Property Search – Changing Buyer Behaviour

At Keats Estate Agents we have noticed a shift in buyer behaviour due to the impact of the pandemic and lockdowns.

Our property sales team understand that priorities have changed, with home hunters searching for properties with spacious living accommodation, a home office, good outdoor space, along with access to countryside.

Jim Stilwell, Sales Manager commented: “Many people registering with us are looking to move away from the hustle and bustle of London and a home in Haslemere or one of the nearby villages is now more appealing than ever.”

According to new findings from Close Brothers, the pandemic and lockdowns have made over a third of those aged 18 to 34 want to move house.

The research also reveals employees in London are most eager to make the change, with 38 per cent seeking a better quality of life.

The findings also show that 39 per cent of workers plan to move to remote working full time as a result of the pandemic with 30 per cent doing so part time.

We are currently marketing a range of properties, including the beautiful 3 bedroom home featured in this blog. Guide Price £465,000. Read the full details HERE.
